I got the package on the 23 of June and I tried it on but it was an size issue he couldn't size me so I pressed the return button and it said I have to wait 15 days before I can process the return then now you are saying I can't get my refund why is this how people attend to your customer am angry 😡 so Angry now am going to put a bad review

Most of items are good but service in relaxation to communication is very bad! I have a dress to return, I don't know where to start because your customer service is poor! Again instructions of sending back the Items is not straight forward, a bit complicated. So tell me now how can I return the Item to you and how will get my refund?

Well, I can't review the actual goods as this is my first order and it will be a while before the item(s) arrive. However, my review of the actual app and the shopping experience is very good. Everything worked as it was meant to, I wasn't left hanging or waiting for the app to respond. It was totally smooth and flawless with a very good user interface and thus a great shopper experience. 5 stars!

You need to work on customer service. It's frustrating when you want to chat and computer keeps repeating the same thing over and over. We need a communication link to sellers as well to build buyers confidence. The EU and UK sizes are nothing compared to what you sell. I ordered EU 41 and it turned out a size 5 UK shoe. It's difficult to pick the right sizes. Your stuff are good but sizing, customer service and seller communication is a big problem. Thank you

Well I thought this would be a great site... But it's clear it's just another wish or join site, tacky products whacked on with a tacky brand... So many clothes are apparently the same style but with so many different brands on... Yet the picture of the person wearing it shows blank clothes... read reviews that certain clothes are stupidly thin... Just don't know if I can trust paying near 100 for trainers being shown as real and then come and are fake as hell or nothing like what shown

Although the app looks good, and ease of use is decent. I downloaded this thinking it would be really good to buy stuff off. Then I looked and I ain't willing to wait that long for anything to turn up. 7 days is my maximum limit to wait, not a whole month.
