Samoby is a corporate digital experience monitoring tool for employers who have enrolled on the Samoby Enterprise program. Please contact your company’s IT organization before installing this app. Samoby cannot operate on your device without the required license.
Samoby provides mobile device experience management for smartphones and tablets. Companies can give proactive support to their employees, and define actions that are applied in real-time on the device for experience enhancement and device protection.
Some features:
• Monitor device hardware and network connectivity health.
• IT Service desk will automatically detect if your device or internet connection is experiencing any problem
• Receive useful corporate information based on the app you use or the facility you are in
• Know better how you use device and network resources, receive alerts if you are draining the data plan.
• Get it touch with support: receive outage notifications, give them feed back, or ask for help.
• Monitoring without diverting traffic to external VPN or proxy servers.
