About this app

Service Cloud Mobile is a lightweight alternative to the Salesforce app for handling customer support cases while on-the-go. Built with small and medium sized businesses in mind, the Service Cloud Mobile app allows you to create, update, reassign, and manage cases with just a few of taps. You can also create and update accounts and contacts. Service Cloud Mobile works with Essentials and all other editions of Salesforce.

Users can:

* Create, update, edit, and collaborate on cases
* Create and edit accounts and contacts
* Manage case lists
* View cases in queues
* Communicate via email, Facebook, and Twitter, and Chatter
* Use bulk actions
* Search contact and account details
* Manage notification settings to keep a handle on cases and queues
* Send Salesforce feedback about the app

New features

Manage your cases with ease using case list filtering and a new search experience. Filter cases by origin to get a quick view of where your team's work is coming from, or by status to see what's new, in progress, or closed. Search for cases in the app, and use the advanced search to find the case, account, or contact you're looking for—faster.
