Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Salesforce Marketing Cloud on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Login and can see journeys from 3 months before, but I can't see the Journeys currently running which is what is important to see. Too bad!

Can't switch between business units. Already deleted and installed again. It's funny because it was working ok

Cannot login once SSO is configured and no button to authenticate via SSO like Salesforce. Otherwise a useful app for on the go people

Can't load more than the preloaded journeys. It'll mr to refresh and it goes into this loop.

More often than not I cannot log in because the app thinks I'm not connected to the internet. Not helpful. I'm using an android device.
