I am our Company Office 365 Admin with Managerial rights to Sage 50c. I personally contacted Sage about the Capture App shortly after I found out about the 365 Integration. The app really is a hit or a miss with no reasonable explanation from Technical support as to why the app doesn't work (I think they have given up). Errors range from No Companies available when logging in or the latest one is no Nominal Codes or Departments available. When it works it is actually good but its so unreliable.

downloaded app and signed in no problem. Captured a petrol receipt but app wouldn't let me enter a transaction + image, only an image or transaction. As there doesn't appear to be anywhere to change settings it's all pretty pointless. uninstalled the app which is a shame as I had high hopes.

dowloaded and could not even open, unistalled. am surprised, sage50c customer and that works okay. when is Sage going to invest in a decent app for sme business on the go.

Sage Approvals only approves one transaction from Sage Capture at a time - disappointing! Transactions just disappear with no alert provided. App looks like from a decade ago - it is about time Sage invests in an adequate, modern and sleek app!

Can't sign in with any email not even the one made by the app I use sage pay roll and sage 50c for my company I mite just go with quick book perhaps they have a help line that picks up the phone to answer
