1. I can not open my payslip. After I download it and try to open there is pop up msg tell the pdf format error. 2. Sage duplicate all my old payslip from the month I starting using the app

I registered this device and could only log in once. Thereafter, whenever I want to log in, I need to register again. This time the registration fails, with the reason : device already registered. Pretty useless at this stage.

After initial installation the app worked fine for a hour or so. It then gave an Un-authorised access error. After this I had to reregister the app. Again it only worked a while before the same happend.

After scanning the QR, it detected my account. But at the next page, after accepting th T & C,ot loads a few seconds before an error box came put. It is the 404 not found error. Uninstalled the app.

After scanning QR code, it does pick up my account but says no connection to server. I can't go to next step.

The main reason for needing a mobile application would be to capture claims. I don't see "booking and approving leave" as thaaat popular a thing to do on the go, capturing claims however is a must. Lacking this functionality makes the app non-useful to me, as I'm sure it does many others
