Horrible app. This is to submit tire and wheel claims. But it does not allow you to add photos. After pressing their customer service team, they tell me the app is not required and we can email the photos in. Don't even try using this app if you're working at a shop, it is a waste of time.

Horrible app freezes and wont let you submit pictures. Have to delete app and lose all information.

Just a bad company to deal with in general. The app that doesn't work right makes it even harder. Everything about this company is THE WORST!!!

This app is straight garbage. I'm forced to use it for work. It crashes after every single photo and forces me to reload the claim. The only thing worse than safeguard's app is their turnaround time on paying claims.

So now it no longer asks me for tire part # and labor information and safeguard needs me to call in to provide this information. Why delete those fields from the app then? Whoever is in charge of the updates needs to be fired.
