I think Sim registration now is Soo complicated,most of the customers requesting for Sim registration is may be they have lost a line and not willing to replace the lost one,so if the message is being sent to previous number to be replied with yes when that line is already lost,I think this will never assist at all, instead it is a way of losing and customers will migrate to other networks,you will believe it when it has already happened.

An incredible platform for onboarding new customers to the Safaricom network, but the only problem I'm facing as at now is that I can't log in to my account... Everytime I try, I get a response "User Inactive".. please sort this out

This May 7, 2020 update is a total mess.. please don't update. I just updated mine and i can't log in anymore. It keeps asking me to update the app again yet i just did... FIX THIS MESS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

The latest update is much better with the "choose number" option but some few areas need to be improved like the error message that "an error was encountered.Kindly try again."

The verification process is a total mess, it takes too long to verify and complicating the entire process, this is just a way of loosing subricribers, your services are just so complicated
