i have been a user for a month now and quite frankly this app needs some serious re structuring. according to me the app should be all inclusive of features i need to manage my internet. the app creator should think of adding a feature where the app can view and manage connected users and their specific bandwith utilization. this way by logging onto the app i can know who is connected to my router instead of having to again log onto the setting portal that comes with the router.

The default my safcom app never opens on my Neon Kicka. I hear ati Safaricom, Vodafone and others have lowered data rates. You guys have done the opposite. You have reduced data quantity for same/previous amount, say *444*1# and as at 17th July bought data (50/- for 150 mb) is disapearing like crazy. This is to say you are very unfair. Mna nyonya data vibaya!
