This app is not compatible with Samsung tablet. It won't run. Every time you open the app it always shutdown.

Worked flawlessly to show the customer service rep what my LG product was doing in order to facilitate a service repair ticket. I was a little skeptical because this app was not made by LG Corp but I was pleased with the performance. I do believe (like most apps available nowadays) that many of the app's permissions are unnecessary (i.e. SMS usage) but that's why I've uninstalled it after use. Thanks for a great app experience & I will not hesitate to download/use it again in the future.

Try it twice - failed both times with a Pixel 2. As soon as the 6 digit code was entered and the TOC accepted, the app shuts down and a pop-up screen says to reopen or leave feedback. This app is a waist of time.
