The best real estate tool an agent can have. The integration from mobile to desktop is great. The ability to see all records for a property, like tax records, along with the property on one page is really handy as opposed to jumping from one system to another to gather the information you need. Also, I like how ready or is to call a listing agent. The ability to take notes on a property, both in text and audio and store them forever is cool. Perfect for showing property and not forgetting anything and perfect for preparing for a listing appointment. I use the reports functions everyday.

The app does not have have the same functionality as the desktop version when it comes to building a CMA. Unfortunately the desktop site doesn't work well. I have to search for the property on my phone, confirm home facts and then go to the desktop version to build the analysis. The desktop version freezes and does not give results when trying to search property that are off market or confirm facts.

I have to sign in every single time I use it on my phone which is super inconvenient. I'm not able to email a property to my clients from the app which is just silly if you ask me. the app also does not save my settings. So when I am in the neighborhood and I want to see what's for sale around me it brings up everything including off market and already sold homes even though I have changed that in my filters several times. It's like every time you log on its starting over with everything.

Requires login almost every time I come to the app. Not the most intuitive app when inside the mapping area. It should be easy to click on any parcel, and yet that is not possible. It asks you to update the app when you have the most updated version in the Google play store.

I love the ease of being able to navigate through this app. I can farm an area and create CMA all, see expired listings, new listings and more just from the home screen. It's definitely my new go-to.

Not sure why this app has been so horrible lately? It used to be my go-to. Now, it's completely inaccurate. Pulls up MLS # for different states, shows a listing I just looked at as inactive when I go into recently viewed, etc.
