Very unable with customer servicer and the adjustable bed that I bought in Nov 2019. I have been call since the frist of the year because the base wouldn't go up nor down it is just stick mid way which is very uncomfortable. I have a bad back and knees and in pain every morning when I get up. I have had 3 or 4 appointments which they have cancel, they don't answer the telephone for 20 to 30 mintues and then ask if you would like to be placed on a return call list that takes for ever to get back

Pretty decent selections but not a good browsing app. You cant filter any colors or finishes you'd like and most of the listing have the same options.
