Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing EPSS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

Please note: Application designed for internal usage only. User is the company employee; Participant is the prospective customer.

EPSS application allows for building a meaningful and engaging conversation with prospective customers. The application consists of 3 modules for engagement,
- Physical Grip Strength test: Participants are given a grip strength test, scores of which are manually input into the EPSS application
- Mental Agility test: There are 4 sub games in this module: Find the odd one out, Arrange in ascending order, match the image, memory test; These may be attempted in any order
- Financial Health Score Calculator: Computes various financial health score like savings score, retirement score, debt score; Based on various inputs provided by the participant

Participant may attempt these modules in any order; but completion of each module is compulsory. Upon completion, the participant is asked to submit their score. Based on the performance of the participant is final score is generated and a ranking provided. A SMS and Email are sent to the contact details provided by the participant with the scores and results of the exercise.

At any point before submitting the score, the participant can Challenge a Friend to participate in this exercise by providing their contact details.

Further details regarding usage of the application,
- User may login only using credential provided by RNLIC
- User must input/select the organisation (along with other details) where the exercise is being conducted
- User must ensure that the participant goes through the entire journey as defined by the application
- User has the option to trigger benefit illustrations for RNLIC products through the Financial Health Score Calculator
- Leads of participants who have completed the entire journey of the application are synced with the Super Express of the user
