How the owners of this app sleep well while consuming customers' money baffles me. As soon as they tell you that they will get back to you, just know that your money is gone, don't even bother yourself. Several invalid pins and no refund, they keep saying they will get back to me about a year now. Several Undelivered Airtel Airtime, same story. Recently bought Electricity of 3k, no token is still displaying in the transaction history, same story,maybe by next year they will respond.

Customer service is something that needs significant overhaul. Takes an average of 1-2 weeks, and going back and forth (sometimes 10 times) to progress issues. Resolution is another ball game. Looking forward to good customer service. Good luck Ringo

Well done Ringo you people are doing good work, but the new update on the app is not going through, it keep on rotating ie pending have been trying it for days now but was unable to do update, you guys should look into it.

Ringo is d worst ever site I have ever seen, I can't access my acc bcos of d update they ask me to do yet when I chatted them no good result. since four days I have been facing this challenge (contact admin to activate ur new device) yet nothing has been done. The customer service don't know their work honestly

They are real but they behave like scammers at times!! Very very very poor customer service!!!!!!!! Imagine funded account since yesterday and till now..it has not been credited despite i chatted with them. They are not doing anything to improve which is so sad!
