The app is very good. The only problem I have is the fact I don't have Providus account number on my platform. I contacted one of your agents and he keeps telling me it would be resolved for almost a month now and nothing has been done. This is very annoying because it's making me loose customers. Please, I need my Providus account number as soon as possible!

Well, the app is good but sometimes fluctuating and sometimes my customer complain of not receiving there data even after ve been debited from my wallet and there won't be a refund. Pls check that and do something urgent on it. Thanks

If I can give 0 stars, I would have, I downloaded both Ringoplus Agent and Ringo Agent. But for two weeks now, I've been trying to register and the unfortunate app is telling me *could not complete request*. If the problem is resolved, I would edit my review. I hope the management of the apps will do something about it

Fine, this app is good but av been experiencing difficulty in logging in and data that was sold is showing pending,also one of my customer did not see his own,i don't know what to do, but i love this app.

The app is good but all of a sudden i couldn't log in bcos i was loged out and have already made a complain but till now they couldn't do anything about it i had to lost a lot of customers bcos of it and customer is on my neck bcos its being 3days now her gotv isn't working and they're not doing anything about it, and their feedback are so slow. Am not happy with the way their response is. They should do something about it
