Using BlueStacks

I like the app and it is a useful tool for me, especially for the clients that work away from home and can not come in in person. Some clients did complain that it was difficult to upload documents and often gave up and emailed me documents instead. Also I feel that those clients that used the app a prior year should be able to just log in to the previous app and not have to create a new account again

This app will get the job done but it seriously need more Common features like, A way to delete a document before I upload it, How can I printout a copy of my taxes for my records, A way to select all documents that I have scanned all at once instead of selecting one by one, and a computer version instead of a cell phone version for people who have scanners, cameras and printers. I was very frustrated. This app severely needs a whole lot of work before I used it again

I've been trying for 3 days to take a selfie on this app but it WILL NOT work..I've emailed support and I'm still waiting for a reply..if i could give 0 stars i would..please help!! i need to file my taxes! didn't have this issue last yr 😭

I don't like this app. It will NOT let me take photos of my ID to even submit my freaking taxes!!!

Smooth, SuperQuick Download, but... I just downloaded the app thinking that I'd be able to send my link to clients. Instead, it signed me up as a client. Ok. Maybe that error is on my part. But, there is no other options or support info to get help. And, ODDLY, the description references 2018 tax year, but the agreements say 2017 tax year. Really?! Please fix/update asap.

I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this app. It was an absolute pain to upload everything as pictures taken by the app instead of having the option to upload directly from my device. Then my tax preparer couldn't even access my documents even with the help of customer service. The rep told me to log out and log back in which ended up with the app saying that I didn't have an account. This whole experience was frustrating and stressful, just go do your taxes directly or use Turbo.
