Disappointing to see that after your last android app update, clicking on the "shop name" or "view" in the "customize your feed" area fails to take you to the listing. Nothing happens. Googling and directly accessing the website works, but it's clumsier than it was on the app and a big enough time waster to skip its use. That's too bad, as being able to quickly scroll as rapidly as possible through a large number of your feed family's inventory is extremely business useful.

This app and Reverb's interactions with it are the worst. If you use the app to manage a seller account, you can't access important functions of the site. Also, when you get messages from Reverb they send it via email ONLY yet when you try to access a function via the link provided, it takes you back to the app and asks you to sign in AGAIN. When you do it just takes you back to the page that asks you to sign in again. Support is useless, told me to use a browser to access the web site!

My gear took a minute to get here. Other than that, everything came in pristine condition. Customer service was okay, except for the fact that there wasn't a lot of info from the shipping co. as I waited for my stuff. But it all came packed well and in super clean condition.

The layouts and pop ups are pretty tiresome, but all in all you'll be able to get whatever you need so long as you don't mind dealing with a slightly buggy, often crashy app. With that said prices are fair (usually, although that's not because of reverb) and shipping is mostly reliable.

Ads everywhere and everything is crazy overpriced for no reason, guitar center: $1,800 reverb: $2,600, app isn't the worst but it's a completely useless tool

Getting better. I used to be able to find things via the browser that I couldn't find in the app. Seems that has been largely rectified.
