I love the idea of this app and its potential but unfortunately it's only as accurate as the GPS info provided and unfortunately on my phone the GPS location is wildly erratic. It doesn't accurately track my location as I walk my property line and therefore I can't rely on the app. It's too bad because I was trying to settle a dispute with a neighbor about trees near or possibly right on the property line.

The information on the app is not right. Even when I look up my property it isn't even close to the right info. It used to be right I don't know what happened I've tried everything to refresh.

I downloaded this app to help find my back corner markers which are in the woods. I would of never found them without it!!! This app worked great 👌!!! However as who doesn't do surveying as a profession I don't see the need in paying for it!!! I'm sorry but I don't have use for this again!!! Thanks for the free trial!!! I would definitely recommend this for someone that could use this on a regular basis.

Gps is pretty accurate, the info this app gives about properties is as good if not better than going to county office. Has street map, sattelite and topo views. Im using the trial version but am going to purchase this app when the trial runs out. I'm usually not impressed with most apps I try but with this one Im highly impressed.

Works good not always up to date with information from county cad offices, some towns/cities have serious blank spots of where is should show lots of information. ATM can't skip the 7 day trial to just pay for the program. Fix those item and I'll give it 5 stars

I downloaded the Free App. Then I'm informed I can have a free 7 day trial. Then they email me a link. The link opens a site saying Site Not Found. That was a waste of time.
