This app worked fine the first time I used it. Set up is fairly involved, understandably. I stopped text msgs because of constant messages after 1st viewing. I sent text UNSTOP, received confirmation that I would now receive messages. I didn't. I spent 45 mins w/support in chat. It finally worked. A week later, I tried viewing a house. No text msgs. I contacted support TWICE. The issue was unresolved. Evidently, support chat times out whether the issue is resolved or not. LOTS of bugs.

Doesn't work. Tried registering multiple times on mobile, it just doesn't go through, no error message displayed. Tried registering on desktop, succeeded after using a non-GV SMS-less number, but then wasn't able to login in the app, because they expect the number to receive SMS, but don't let you use GV. Tried contacting customer service, but they didn't resolve the issue — wanted me to instead call my provider to change phone plans — no thanks!

Very handy app. Makes it super simple to see what homes are available in all areas and let's you access them without someone having to meet you at the house to let you in. I will recommend this app to anyone searching for a house.

My account was flagged for literally no reason so I couldnt view homes. The worst part is they dont tell you this until you get to the property. So I drove 40 minutes to a place to be told that I cant go in and that my account will be updated in 72 hours.

Very easy to use and I love being able to tour houses at my convenience. I like having floorplans provided for each property. It really helps!

Most of the time a good experience. Sometimes a property manager has posted real old pictures so the property doesn't look like the pictures in the ad. Overall easy to use app. Very convenient.
