Can you guys just fix this upgrade issues already... Since the upgrade, the app has been on its worst form... Things are getting really messy, even when it comes to withdrawal, it used to be smooth before but I can't say for now. Withdrawal request been picked by vendors and cancelled after minutes of waiting, it's really getting frustrating. The government 🇳🇬 has uplifted the ban on crypto so why not just take things to where they where before, direct From bank transactions

I don't know what is doing remitano team. They don't wanted to provide a good services. If you have installed remitano app. You are not able to use remitano web services and also you have faced others problem when you use remitano app. A lots of improvement required in remitano app.

The app is extremely annoying. The new version is not favorable for traders. It doesn't have overview button, it keeps switching from one version to the other and hangs until your trade runs out of time. You guys need to do something about this cos it is frustrating traders. The only good thing about the app is the customer service. They are apt and kind.

This app use to be good like the best, the upgrades keeps sending it backwards I don't know why it's been difficult using it after multiple upgrades I don't know maybe it should be degraded but something should be done, the initial app version used to be good, way better than what is there now. it takes eons of years to load, gui is also in a confused state. just do something before we start porting to binance. It should be returned to the first platform if possible.

This new version is completely useless Its so slow and hangs a lot , I will probably stop using this app because of this new version something that usually take 2min before now takes an hour to complete very annoying I will rate this new version 0 out of 10 can you guys please go back to the previous version
