The app used to help users communicate with host by send issues.

- What is the purpose of this app?
Purpose of this app is for Resident in a community to be able to communicate with the Building Management Board, The main function include:

1. Resident can submit the issue by using camera to take picture the area have issue, write description of the issue and follow up communication between the Building Management Board and the Technician to resolve the issue

2. Resident can Book the facilities available in their community, the booking will be validated by the Building Management Board and follow up with payment for the service if needed.

3. Resident can view and feedback on all their document including:
- Monthly Fees notice according to their real spend
- Invoices
- Issues
- Facility Booking

4. This app also be used by the Technician to record the water meter usage by Scanning the barcode in the water meter devices and input the usage number.

5. This app also for the Maintenance Team to see the Equipment maintenance schedule and be able to update the maintenance request for a particular equipment by scanning the equipment barcode.
