This app worked great for 6 months. then it stopped all of a sudden. I uninstalled it and reinstalled several times. My problem is that when I try to SAVE the DVR 1 n 2 it stays on attempting to connect for a long time then it automatically disconnects by itself. I never had to use a password of any sort. the only thing that I'm seeing a problem is that I can't type in the Channels Tab... its shaded out.. Does anyone experience this or can anyone provide an 800 # to customer service.
