Whenever I try to view the cameras when I'm not at home it says I'm offline. And when I'm home and turn the app on I always have to switch to HD to see video. Even though I switched and saved last time I used it. Only get motion notifications once in awhile.

Bad this app always go off line when I need it the most I have the best wifi ever hooked up to the modem and it still buffers for a long period of time I wish I would have stuck with my old app thank for nothing

Sometimes when I open the app to check cameras it says "offline". I then go to the office and everything there is working fine while the app on my phone does not. For what this system cost me I should not be having this issue!

Love the cameras but the app always says it's off line, why do you have to constantly reset? That's the only downfall, its always off line

Easy to set up and use! Love it! Just one issue, you should make it able to save video and pics directly to the phone instead of to the app

The camera app works ok but I would like the option to be able to wipe my hard drive remotely. The other issue I have is I am unable to setup motion activated recording . This however could be an issue with the camera system itself.
