One of the functions of this app is the ability to request support, but one of the dependencies for it to run is you need to be connected to Opennet. If your internet is down, you can't open the app to get support! Crazy. Developers: this is why you have so many one star reviews saying people can't log into the app.

can't open. always crash and ask to close app. I'm on oneplus 7 pro, using Oxygen OS. Fix this quick.

The worst wifi company yet. I can't even watch YouTube video. Called them to fix it many times. All they do is turn on and off the moderm and come up with excuses that will never be fixed. I even paid 16$/month. Not recommended.
