I want to use this app but it won't let me select my town. I just keep getting a message that something is wrong. This could be a fluke except that's what I thought the last time I tried to download it. After reading the other reviews, I guess it's a thing. All the apology comments are exactly the same and if all the issues are fixed why am I not able to sign up immediately after downloading it? It's so annoying for something that's supposed to be convenient.

the app does not work, every location I select says "please select a location within the selected area". I have tried multiple locations and it never says anything else.

Drivers are rarely of ever available. The app is barely functional. Also the drivers expect tips, I was never told why my ride requests were cancelled until a new driver told me.

It said Bay Shore on Google, I downloaded it despite the bad reviews. Bay Shore is not listed as an option...... I deleted it.

Received message drivers were busy around 630 pm Saturday night someone would contact me when available. Never heard back. I tried several times over the course of an hour and same thing no response. Can't be relied on. Huntington NY
