CountQwik is a simple to use inventory audit application that features enterprise class barcode scanning and mobile data collection features. The application can connect or share data with virtually any POS, retail, or inventory system.

The pre-built inventory audit processes, powered by TracerPlus, are efficient, fast, and simple solutions that enable your organization to perform Full Inventory Audits and Cycle Counts of specific items.

CountQwik features two inventory audit modes:

- Full Inventory Scan: Enables an organization to conduct a 100% inventory for all inventory items. Typically performed when operations are not taking place so inventory does not change.
- Cycle Count Scan: Enables an organization to conduct specific subsections of inventory audits enabling the counting of select or high value items.

CountQwik provides users with an intuitive cloud interface for managing and reconciling audits performed. Simply login to the CountQwik cloud, drag your exported inventory file from your backend system when creating the audit, then sync this data over to your handheld device for scanning. When scanning has been completed, sync counted data back to the CountQwik cloud, review any variances, and export the results to a csv file for import back into your backend system.

New features

- Syncing of data now uses our new RIA sync engine.
- Resolves qty issue when counting items not in the pre-loaded list.
