This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TAMS Physical Inventory on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

PSIwebware TAMS Physical Inventory App runs live in conjunction with our web-based Facility Management Software - TAMS (Total Asset Management System). It is designed to run on devices like the Samsung Galaxy S9 (or newer / similar) to manage Physical Inventory in the field.

Data is tied to live Inventory records and can be updated in the field at any time. Quickly and easily confirm on-hand quantities of all supplies and parts before placing orders with suppliers to minimize over stock and reduce carrying costs.

Your Company Website Name (in TAMS) and Facility Activation Code are required to start the application. You can find your Facility Activation Code by having a Master Admin User log into TAMS and navigate to the Settings Menu. On the right-hand side of the screen near the bottom, there is link “Facility Site”. Click on this link to reveal all of your Facility Sites.

Your TAMS User Name and Password are required to use the application once it is downloaded to your Android device. Training Videos are available in the Quality Tab >> Videos Submenu.
