I don't think I've ever been able to pay my bill through the app. It just sits there and loads forever. I have to come to their website every month to pay my bill and look at bill history. No point in having an app that can't be used.

Scrolling through billing history is basically impossible. If you tap to scroll, and your finger hits a part of the history, it just opens that bill/date. It also doesn't seem to stay logged in despite ticking the remember me box.

Mixed review. Scrolling history is next to impossible. Would like to have daily usage, since smart meters are used now.

Great for viewing outages, but you cannot make a payment.

Can never make a payment. Just spins the circle of death.
