About this app

CellTRAKR2 provides an option to traditional text messaging for those organizations who need to archive text messages for compliance reasons, such as meeting Sunshine Law requirements. It includes, Shout!, a multimedia message system that allows users to send both on-net and off-net messages. It also includes contact and list functionality. Shout! messages can use the phone’s contact information, contact information provided by the sponsoring organization or manually entered contact information. Finally, it includes My Library, which includes multimedia assets. Shout! messages can include media items available on both the device and also in My Library. Shout! uses Apple push technology to notify users of the arrival of new messages and it also uses badges to show the count of unread messages on the device.

This app is only for members of organizations that are using our compliance services. You should only download this application if you have previously obtained credentials approved by your organization administrator. There is no ability to obtain an account independently.
