Crashes on my galaxy s10+ everytime I try to pay my dues not sure if it's just a droid issue but I hope its addressed soon

crashes on android (galaxy S9 and Galaxy S10) non stop. Useless app.

UPDATE : enter your union no. your last name is your temporary password. Go to your email to log in and create a password. Wait about 30 mins . when you see a message on the app icon. Open it click kn menu on upper left scroll down to dues and a payment of dues will be in upper right on page for you to pay 1 or up to all 4 quarters.
