This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing RapidScan Promoter App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Doesn't work. I've tried logging in multiple times and it doesn't recognise my log in details. This includes resetting my password more than once.

Ignore the bad reviews as they are ticket buyers using the wrong app. This app makes the box office a doddle and has worked perfectly for our festival two years running, even in a remote field with rubbish signal!

I've just downloaded the app and it won't let me sign in. It's saying my password is incorrect. It's not! I can sign in on my laptop with the password.

This isn't the customer app, it's the one the event uses to scan your tickets on arrival. Skiddle only has an iPhone app for customers currently (why they can't create an Android one is beyond me).

NOTE: Please report all feedback to custcare@skiddle.com so we can improve this app. Using the scan screen is resource intensive (the same as using the camera on your phone) so we advise that the scan screen is closed when not in use to maximise battery life.
