Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mobile Delivery on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

With Epicor’s BisTrack Mobile Delivery, you can:
• Instantly capture a picture of the delivery at the job site.
• Instantly document where and when the order was delivered.
• Instantly capture proof that the order was complete.
• Instantly capture and attach verifiable client signatures to the delivery.
• Automatically update the order to “Delivered” in real-time.
• Capture the longitude and latitude of the location you are delivering to, and update your customer information in BisTrack.

BisTrack Mobile Delivery gives you all the verification you need to prove what materials you delivered, what location you delivered them to and the date and time of the delivery.
Even in situations where you can’t get a customer signature, you have proof of delivery.

For BisTrack clients running BisTrack 5.0 SP14 or higher and BisTrack Web Applications 5.0.63 or higher, it’s recommend that BisTrack Delivery be used instead.

New features

Image scaling has been improved to avoid possible memory issues or timeouts with large images or poor networks connections.

Mobile Delivery for Android now records the image capture date/time. For clients running BisTrack 4.0 or better, this new capture date/time will import into Scan Track as the Scanned date/time.
