The app has a few bugs. The * filter does not show everyone, it's like its trying to filter on the character "*" and not on the wildcard. Also, doesn't seem like this app integrates with the Engage hardware to allow remote lock/unlock, which is very disappointing, even though it works directly in the PremiSys application itself.

I can get in and see the doors, but I can't unlock or lock them. It's just gray and fault condition! I have a new Moto Z Force phone, don't know if that has anything to do with it. Help, this app needs to be functioning! UPDATE: we got it up and running! Thanks for your help!

Since you updated this app, I'm unable to login. It lets me add the server but when I try to login it just flips back to the login screen. No error or anything. Why?

The app crashes when you try to open the camera. Also not enough info on the door states

Awkward does not begin to describe this. First, it must be in the same address LAN space as the server, no redirect or aliasing. Many of the fields are fixed and will be displayed even if you have no use for them. The sync happens whenever it feels like it, or not. There's ZERO info on how to setup or config and their support people (who do answer the phone and are polite) are like 'ummmm' or 'that's just the way it is'. Premisys does NOT support mobile, not with this anyway. It's complete crap.
