Get a clue from the DTE app. This app locked out after a few attempts to log in. I canpay my electric bill with 3 button clicks and This app here wants me to reinvent the wheel to login This app sucks. Going back to sending written checks. I wish I could just get rid of Semco and get consumers power back.

It crashes. It doesn't recognize your login info to make a payment. It's dated and not useful.
