App does not work. Problems connecting to the server. This happened about a couple of months ago which is why I uninstalled it. Decided to give it another shot now. Issue still hasn't been resolved

They say there is a problem connecting to the server. Please try back later. I don't have time. This could have been a very useful app. What a shame.

I need a simple app that permits review, download and payment of water bills, Not sure what is worse this app or the previous on-line app. The on-line app could not process password changes, this andriod app blows up trying to reset password. 0 for 2.

Does not work. You cannot log in, then the app crashes. Garbage!

This app has never worked for me. I have tried it multiple times and it always says it cannot connect to the servers. Though City of Atlanta still advertises it on their website.
