Printer disconnects every other order and god forbid if you change the prep time. Everything crashed! Currently waiting on tech support because the app shut down by itself, 59min wait? I am ready to terminate partnership just because of the app!

When new order comes not give notification , you guys need to make like Uber or doordash apps only when driver pickup tomuch notification we don't need notification after drivers pickup ,we need before when new order comes.
