Garbage App. Buggy. Cannot even upload a cover photo. After several attempts to ad items for sale, and consistently receiving an error message of "cannot proceed try again later" blah blah blah I'm giving up and using a different platform. What's exceptionally irritating is, I've successfully sold an item on Poshmark previously under the same username. So, this is an app issue that Poshmark needs to remediate.

It used to be awesome!!!! Now, about 60 to 75% of Sellers are stuck up, clicky, and unappresitive of the ppl that purchase from their Poshmark Closest. Don't get me wrong, I have experienced just the opposite also. I've also come across many, many Posh Sellers misrepresenting their sizes. Even having the same exact item listed twice with two different prices. And those sellers have over 1000+ items listed in their closet 😳. Seems to me like their over their head and can't keep track of items!!

I really like Poshmark for how easy and safe it is with buying & selling. BUT there are some major issues that need to be fixed: 1. The Search function can be tedious and ineffective, 2. The Explore page is useless, it never shows things that I would actually like. I'm convinced if they improved the search/explore functions, Posh would put other selling apps out of business. No one wants the 'social' aspect of this app, we just want better ability to find things!

The seller fees are a bit ridiculous, considering they don't do much to support sellers. Also, my 2 most recent purchases resulted in not receiving the items I ordered. Although I did eventually get a refund for both purchases, it was ridiculous how long they held onto my money considering the seller never sent the item either time. I've been mostly selling and made a few purchases over the past 5 years, but I am officially done after my most recent buying experiences.

The major use cases of the app work fine. However, I am trying to return an item and when using the app on my android mobile device, once I add a comment and photo to the conversation, the submit button disappears. Additionally, those moderating the return request are not reading the comments and seem to be responding the keywords and missing the intent of the comments. If you are using AI to moderate cases, it's failing. If you are using people, they need to do better.

app has been crashing for almost a year now. instead of showing my pm name it says NULL. I haven't been able to view my profile directly for quite some time without having to go around in the app thru my order tab. stopped using. I've tried redownloading the app etc, doesn't work. been using this site for over a decade, between the fees and now this..I think I'm calling it quits.
