Fantastic app! I love that I can log in instantly instead of having to pull up the website and remember my login info. My other favorite thing about it is the digital ID cards feature. I always have too many cards in my wallet, so it's nice that I can send my insurance card to my doctor using the app instead of having to carry it around. It's also cool that there's a contacts section, and tapping on the numbers or emails instantly calls or emails them. Without the app, I was always googling my doctors' phone numbers because I didn't want to clutter up my personal contacts with them. The PlanSource app is a great way to keep them separate but easily accessible. You can also save links like your HSA bank and insurance carrier websites, which is nice for me because I have way too many bookmarks in my browser! Overall, it's a great way for me to keep all my benefits stuff in one place, and I'm looking forward to using it for the next open enrollment.

I was using the My Benefits Account app. I deleted it and installed this new PlanSource mobile app. I put my username and password that I've been using and it says it's an invalid username and password. I tried to reset my password. The app said it sent an email to my email address to reset my password and I never received it. I've tried twice.

So, anything basic you want to know is on this app, don't try and setup ACH, or update life events because it is a HUGE nightmare to DO anything on the app. You're better off calling your HR department rep than you are using this practically useless app.
