- Host+ provides real-time access to the entire CRM database on-the-go, allowing users to view and action diary appointments a day in advance. View expected arrival times of customers, and access the full CRM record, including previous contacts and the customer’s next desired vehicle.

- Sales staff can save a customised desired vehicle to a customer record. This enables the sales team to store the customer’s preferences, so they can better meet customer requirements and increase the chance of making a sale.

- Customers can electronically sign off work raised to digital job cards, by writing their signature on the mobile device.

- Record high quality arrival videos when a vehicle arrives onsite, showing the current condition including any damage, protecting staff against any possible liability claims.

- Sales teams can also record and send personalised videos to customers, driving engagement and giving dealers a competitive edge throughout the sales process.

- A user-friendly stock search feature provides full visibility of vehicle details and any related documentation for the sales team. This includes a full gallery of images and videos, instantly available from the app - useful for quickly accessing vehicle information at the point-of-sale.

- Users can conveniently initiate a test drive straight from the stock search and capture the customer’s signature on the test drive declaration, on their tablet.

- Complete a full vehicle health check, providing transparency on any issues highlighted.

- Host+ integrates with CAP HPI, BCA and AUTOi, for vehicle appraisals. Record the step-by-step process through to completion, evidencing any damage with photo and video proof, or using notes
