Update: I was refunded, so that's a relief. Could not finish my ride because app was not in the mood to show any parking spots, and I know that there are usually lots of them in the area. No response in the app support chat, had to just leave scooter as it is. Half an hour later still waiting for any response. Waste of my money and my time and my good will

Very incorrect location with GPS off (power saving mode). Other apps show much more accurate location. Was able to park from a second attempt, despite being exactly on a parking spot. Please increase parking range a few meters to allow for slight location errors. App encounters errors and show welcome screen every time, please fix.

"We can't identify your location", it's not even let me in, this app use my location just for 5 seconds, then location turn off and app stucks. Please fix Upd: Your advice didn't help, the app requires the location access when I'm taking a scooter

The app doesn't start!!! With bt and location on and good internet connection and after updating to the last available version. Btw, previously I've been charged for those minutes it took of the app to open, quite unpleasant experience either, but still better than not working at all!!!
