Good quality and fast but little selection and high price. I've ordered from them 2x. Both tones delivery was on less than 20 minutes and I've had some vegetables beat AH quality, but the high prices and the little selection, make this a once in a while use. With smaller overhead than the stores, prices should be smaller especially since there is delivery fee if the cost is below €40.

Usually quick, to deliver. Not cheap, but not overly expensive either. Occasionally has nice deals, too. Good customer service too; on the rate occasion that something was wrong with my order (a spoiled tangerine, a missing item), the items were promptly credited to my account. One of these happened without any action or complaint on my part. I'm a happy customer.

Prices are higher depending on the neighborhood you're in, so I switched back to gorillas. On top of that the interface was done by amateurs and is horrible to use. One example: if you're navigating a list and tap on a product for more info, you'll be sent back to the beginning of the list when you tap back. It's like a child programmed it but they demand premium prices

Amazing first experience. Got a flyer a while back for €15 discount on orders above €30. Many items (bottles of cola) out of stock. Took effort to fill the basket up to €30 but I managed. Proceed to checkout, enter voucher: "this voucher can only be used by someone else". Sigh. Okay I guess I'll install that app then. Go through same process. Including items out of stock when at checkout. Proceed to checkout: voucher expired. There's no expiration date on the flyer. Thanks for wasting my time.

Extremely high prices, even though they charge (also extremely high) delivery costs. Their discounts and offers are also only applicable with too high minimum orders, in which the discount does not really make any difference either way. Would try to avoid unless super duper necessary.

Support experience is sooo bad. You can't get around robot without just giving wrong information. They cancel orders with no reasoning after they should have been delivered. Also, the search is what happens when someone is learning to code a debounce function and then gets frustrated and quits halfway through. I can't believe after years they still haven't managed not to delete letters as you are typing 😂
