This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing e-Khidmat on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Application design only to get details but not for getting required certificate and documents at door step or online. Disappointed ☹️

In it's profile creation/registration page on the section of the mobile number it doesn't include (0317) therefore I am not able to enter my number and due to it I am not able to create my profile.

This application is only designed to get the details of type of services with the required documents and relevant offices timings. And most importantly, I don't know that the relevant department will accept the information provided by this. There's no option to download the relevant form of required services. I've not experienced this application yet as it's designed only for Lahoris not for all the Punjab. Please correct me if I'm wrong... Thanks

I submitted my application and 350/- for character certificate on 17 December 2019, and staff of e khidmat centre told me that you can received your character certificate from DPO office after 3 days when I reach there after 3 working days they told me that we don't received your data now we start processing from 0 and you have to pay 350 rupees again, I'm highly disappointed from this service.

Not helpful at all...What is the point of e-facility if one have to submit everything in hard form...scanned copies of documents and fees should be taken directly from the application otherwise there is zero advantage of this application
