Just installed today and honestly speaking I don't like this product very much since i am facing lot of inaccuracy in location and sometimes app didn't give any alert and sometime you can't see the car's location... It will always take time to load data ... Real time location is missing here ... Team, this is my first experience to install gps tracker... please don't spoil it ... Please take a look into this and do the needful

If we have installed phoenix gps app in 3 or 4 phones, do we Get start stopping alets in all phones, if not in which phone we wll get alert.How can we activate geodefence, do we have to pay any extra charge for it or it free or included in subcription. Plz provide varun ji no so that we can direct talk, customer care person many times not receives the call and don't solve complains.

I am using upgraded version of this app this app not giving alerts of starting/stopping of vehicle but old version is giving alerts regarding starting/stopping of vehicle engine and also app is crashing during log in showing error. Agreed we are using it in one or more devices but old version is giving alerts at that time and if it giving alerts to all users than it is helpful to users to handle the vehicle or a person is not bounded for 24 hrs to look after that vehicle that will helpful.thanks
