Loading issue w app takes 15min or more to load sometimes and sometimes it doesnt wrk at all. It your app not my phone. And it would be nice if truck drivers could arrive on time.

Way too long to search app. Information on email says 'Where's My Truck' app. But actually app name is 'PERFORMANCEconnet'.

Delivery time never available. Always says call customer service. I was told my truck never has the GPS technology needed for the "Wheres my truck" feature in the app.

Love the idea of being able to track the truck and get an estimate of when it will arrive for planning purposes. However, it tells me to contact me customer service representative until after it is delivered in which it helps me what time it got there.
