Apps unable to load despite few times install/uninstall it

It is a good app to know more on the updates with Petronas projects, events and other information like cyber security. But after the new update, the lag is too long. And once again we need to scroll down to look and the new contents. The lag and too much scrolling is wasting a lot of time and it make me not wanting to open it at all. I hope the app can be improved to ease users not only on the appearance but also what matters especially the user friendliness, scalability and data readiness.

Same issue like some of the ones reported here. Keeps hanging at the mascot start page. I have tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling 5-6X but still same issues. Quite fedup. It does have useful contents and videos but not much use if users have issues accessing. My hph is S10.

Hi, i couldn't open the apps as it keeps stuck at the switch mascot page. I'm using huawei nova3i and had reinstall the apps several times but still cannot reach to the challenges pages yet since then. Please fix this issue soonest. Thanks
