Have been using the merchant app from quite some time. The interface is easy and user friendly. Able to get the required data with just few clicks. Mayuresh from the team has been totally supportive and helpful throughout. In case of any doubts he makes sure the solution is provided at the earliest. Over all a wonderful experience. I do recommend the app.

excellent restaurant pos. manages each small thing as well as takes care of every big thing. if you ask any sales or support person for help they will help you irrespectivl. specially the support service is wonderful. once i had some problem adding something and it turned out to be a hardware problem still they came in to make sure the billing goes smoothly. you have a wonderful team. plus the software is super recommend to any and everybody. super job guys! getting your kiosk too very soon.

Very bad UX. The app is not at all optimised for Android native experience. Sizes of texts are arbitrary on various screens, there is no way to close side menus on some screens, many options just don't work. Petpooja is one of the cheapest options in the market and that reflects in their tools also. Stuck with this buggy tool for an year now.

I have been using Petpooja since almost 2 years. In my experience it is the best pos I have ever used. I have tried other pos too before before but PetPooja is so easy and convenient, its integrations are well planned and it took me barely some time to learn. Best part is it is super affordable. I would say anybody looking for restaurant management software should blindly use this. I feel they have made a software that is very well thought and complete.

As a diner, i loaded the app wallet with 2400 at cafe peter pune to pay through that. The balance amount 750 they kept with them and msg'd about its expiry only 4 days before. Its my money not promo cash that they claim their's after 3 month of keeping with them. I tried to use the wallet amount before expiry in other outlet of the same cafe, they straight away denied pet pooja usability. It's a way to scam end consumers without the restaurants knowledge.
