Overall a great service and the range of books are getting better all the time. The app itself, though, is pretty slow. It' OK on my Pixel 4, although slower than similar apps. On my Boox Note 3 eink device it takes ages to start, download, open and even change chapter. It's possibly not the highest spec'd device but Kindle, Google Books and Libby apps don't seem to suffer this problem.

There should be a disclaimer indicating that the app does not work with certain Samsung phones. I have an A10s and just do not download anything. Really really sad!

Please add text to speech functionality. I like listening to textbooks while I work. I will increase rating to 4 once this is added. Also if you could include notes with the annotation.

I have found this very useful for research as I am working on a L4 apprenticeship which requires alot of research. However this app is slow at times and seems to lag.

The content in the app is great. But loading books lot of time also if books already downloaded takes time to load. If these gets rectified then it will be an amazing app.

Seems promising at first, but the app is extremely slow and im unable to download anything. For what should be a very simple app to maintain this is pretty disappointing and definitely not worth a subscription.
