About this app

IDentify provides easy and affordable access control to organisations and events using QR codes and a cloud service.

With IDentify, you can clockin and clockout your staff, visitors or event participants. You can track number of registered users, visitors and their statuses. You can can track their time in and time out, purpose for visit, whom to see and if location service is enabled, you can even track their location within your organisation or event premises.

Staff and visitors only need to download the app and sign in. A QR code is automatically generated for them and then they can clockin and out. You can use a simple android device to clock users in/out or optionally use a QR code reader connected to a computer if you prefer. You can monitor the backend at http://www.rungig.com. If you have registered on the app, you dont need to register at rungig.com again. You can signin with the same details and continue.

You can setup your user details from the app. The QR code is generated based on your user details setup. IDentify only encodes a user's basic details in the QR code and only those basic details are captured in a clockin. Extended user details are only captured when a user shares his contact with another user via the QR code.

Benefits:
1. Provides access control: If you pre-register users in an organisation or event, you can restrict entry access to only those who can clockin. This is especially usefull for restricted events

2. Statistics: You can get a record of users in an organisation or event, segmented by different rules

3. Security: If you can restruct or segment access, you can provide better security and monitoring

Using QR codes generated by an app makes it easy to provide access control. You can even generate the QR codes and send it to everyone before the event or print it on your staff's ID card. User data can be exported to CSV.
