Customer Management:
View all your customers and see all the information regarding the customer. The intuitive search feature allows you to easily find any customer by name or customer number. Then you can view all the customer data; including address, phone number, email, amount due, active RMR. With a simple click you can the view the details for that customer including; invoice history, RMR in force, contact, work orders, payment history and notes.
Create a New Customer:
Easily create a new customer on the fly. With a simple click you can create a new customer with the SedonaOne app anywhere you are. This is ideal if you need to take a deposit payment in the field.
Payment Processing:
The SedonaOne app will allow you to take both credit card and eCheck payments. Payment can pay invoice on account for a customer or for a deposit.
Work Order Management:
Create, edit and complete work orders easily. With a few taps you can add and remove items/parts, add notes, create new appointments and obtain a signature for work order completion.
Calendar Appointments:
Manage all your AlarmBiller appointments within your mobile device or tablet. View your day, work week, or month quickly and intuitively.
Task management:
Manage your tasks and create new ones. Associate your tasks with customers, invoices, work orders and more. You can also assign tasks to your colleagues and send them notification reminders.
Time and Attendance:
Now time clocking is easier than ever. Select your pay code and press Start Shift all from the homepage of the application.
Set Your Favorite Customers:
The favorites feature allows you to flag a customer as a Favorite. These customers are listed under your Favorites for easy finding and quick access.
User Level Security:
The SedonaOne app uses the same user authentication as with SedonaOffice or AlarmBiller; so, user privileges and security rights are setup in the main application. Don’t want a user to create a new customer; just turn it off in their security settings. Everything a user does with the SedonaOne app is tracked in the main application.
Real Time Processing:
The SedonaOne app is real-time processing and viewing data from either SedonaOffice or AlarmBiller. Take a payment and it’s updated immediately.
Requirements:
The usage of the SedonaOne App requires a subscription to either SedonaOffice or AlarmBiller. SedonaOffice customers are required to activate the SedonaAPI as part of their configuration.
