I am unable to down load your app, People eAccount is your app. I set up my account for, auto when I try to login. It keep rejecting me, I don't know what else to do.

Needs a lot of work. I used to be able to pay my bill through the app. I can no longer pay through the app or through the website. I do not wish to opt-in to Google Pay. Android 8.1.0, Chrome 71.0.3578.99
